INS Surat, INS Nilgiri, INS Vaghsheer, PM Modi dedicates naval combatants to nation

Mumbai, January 15 (ANI): PM Modi dedicated three frontline naval combatants INS Surat, INS Nilgiri and INS Vaghsheer to the nation on their commissioning at the Naval Dockyard in Mumbai. INS Surat is Guided Missile Destroyer Project, and ranks among largest and most sophisticated destroyers in world. INS Nilgiri incorporates advanced features for enhanced survivability, seakeeping, and stealth, reflecting next-gen of indigenous frigates. INS Vaghsheer, constructed in collaboration with Naval Group of France, represents India's growing expertise in submarine.
