Nepal Floods: Army rescues 418 Nepalese, 42 Chinese nationals amid flash floods in Trishuli

Trishuli (Nepal), August 29 (ANI): Nepal Army rescue operations are underway in Trishuli following the sudden flash floods. An army personnel said 418 Nepalese people, including 173 women and 245 men, along with 42 Chinese nationals, had been rescued since 16:45 hours. Ganesh Thakur from Bihar’s Motihari district was also rescued along with his seven family members. Thakur said they were stranded in Trishuli and barely survived the massive storm, while thanking the Government of Nepal and the Nepal Army for rescuing them.
