Surat (Gujarat) Nov 19 (ANI): Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa on Nov 19 said that Aftabs will emerge in every city if country does not have a strong leader. While addressing a rally in Surat, Sarma said, “If today the country does not have a strong leader, a govt that respects nation as a mother, such Aftabs will emerge in every city and we will not be able to safeguard our society.”
