Appearing as a guest on the Tween Garden program , singer Cam - Duy Manh 's daughter - had an interesting conversation with Ali Thuc Phuong. The two discovered common interests such as a passion for stickers and watching cartoons on television.
In addition, singer Cam shared a story about her childhood with her mother. Afterwards, the two reconciled, and Cam apologized to her mother for her stubbornness. However, looking back, she still wants to "get revenge" for that childhood moment.
Furthermore, Cam surprised Ali Thuc Phuong by revealing that singer Duy Manh initially didn't want his daughter to pursue a singing career. "Growing up surrounded by music and witnessing my father's experiences in the arts inspired me. And of course, I felt pressure because my parents had very high expectations. Actually, before, my father didn't want me to become a singer; he wanted me to be a piano teacher. However, a cosmic signal in my heart urged me to follow this path. I love music so much, I want to dance, sing, and express myself," the " Sory My Honey " singer confided.
Singer Duy Mạnh's daughter 'demands compensation' for her childhood.
Besides the conversation segment, Cam also dedicated the song " Batching Compensation " to the audience . In particular, the duet between Cam and Ali Thuc Phuong became a highly emotional highlight of this episode. Their two voices, each with its own unique style, blended naturally, creating a captivating performance. Without needing to showcase technical skill, they chose a gentle, subtle approach, like a conversation through melody.
Cam (real name Nguyen Thu Cam), born in 2000, was born and raised in a family with a musical tradition; her father is singer Duy Manh. Cam studied piano at the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music and later studied abroad in Italy.
